1. Software category

Tradesian is billed as a monthly software subscription under Merchant Category Codes MCC 5734 (Computer Software Stores) and MCC 7372 (Prepackaged Software). Users are purchasing access to a journaling and analytics application — not any financial product.

2. Educational purpose only

All content — journal entries, statistics, backtests, replay simulations, AI-generated text — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.

3. No guarantee of results

Past performance, historical data, and simulated results do not guarantee future results. Backtests and replays are based on historical data and may not reflect real market conditions such as slippage, spread widening, or execution delays.

4. Risk of loss

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, stocks, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Seek independent professional advice if in doubt.

5. No signals, no copy-trading, no fund management

Tradesian does not provide trading signals, does not offer copy-trading, and does not manage or hold client funds. We are a software tool that lets you journal, analyse, and review your own trades.

6. Private data

Every dashboard, note, playbook, and analytics view is private to the account owner. There is no public leaderboard, no shared user P&L feed, and no public chat.

7. AI-generated content

AI features may produce inaccurate or incomplete text. AI outputs are writing aids for your own research and reflection — never recommendations to act on. Always verify information independently.

8. Quantitative Models, Greeks & Mathematical Projections

All models, options chains, Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega), and metrics displayed (including QD Score, Expected Value (EV), statistical probabilities, and mathematical projections) are computed strictly for academic, research, and quantitative educational purposes only.
